Shipping
Trident Trucks provides shipping within the contiguous 48 states only. For orders outside of this area, please use the Contact page prior to placing your order. Items shipped by ground or LTL generally arrive within 1-5 days from date of shipment. Trident Trucks is not responsible for carrier shipping delays.
Items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Items may NOT be returned once packaging has been opened or the item has been installed, otherwise used, or damaged. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns and refunds may be requested through the Contact page.
Note: Do NOT ship items back until you have received a return authorization, as items may be returned to a facility other than their point of origin. Refunds will generally be processed within 48 business hours of receipt at our warehouse in order to allow for inspection and processing.

Upon receipt, please inspect all orders for completion, accuracy, and damage. If packaging appears to be damaged, ensure to photograph the damage, as this may be required for a shipping carrier claim.
